Adobe Macromedia Bundle Product Activation

Several Adobe and Macromedia products include activation technology that helps prevent unauthorized copying of the software. Though Adobe has integrated components of Adobe CS2 with Macromedia Studio 8 in three different bundles, these products requires separate activation. Infact, you need to activate the software bundle twice.

The Macromedia Products use the Macromedia Activation process while Adobe products use the Adobe Activation process. Actually, Adobe and Macromedia follow a very similar product activation process. The customer can activate software either by phone or through Internet. The license information is sent to the software vendor through the means selected by the user, and once the license is verified, the product is activated and available for use.

It’s only a matter of time before Adobe will release a common software activation platform for all Adobe and Macromedia products.

Product activation is an anonymous, secure, process that deters unlicensed use of Adobe or Macromedia software. Read more about Macromedia Software Activation Procedure or the Adobe Software Activation Process
