Stay on Top Pins for Windows and Folders

DeskPins is a tiny (just 96 kb) windows application for keeping a window on top of the other windows.

This pin has the same effect as the “always on top" function on programs like media players, but it can be quickly and easily applied to any folder or program.

The “on top” window is marked with a colored pin that can be quickly removed by simply clicking on it, returning the window to its normal state. In addition, you can also define rules that use the window title (with wildcard support) and can automatically keep any window on top that matches your rules.

Some users complained that Windows XP has “stealing focus” issues. DeskPins solves the focus stealing problem.

Downlaod DesktopPins - Available in English, Greek and Chinese interfaces.

The free tool requires negligible system resources - can run on even 386 PC with 4MB of RAM and 100 kb of hard-disk space, supports all versions of Windows starting from Windows 95.

Size does not matter, sometimes. [via]
